Sweet Potato Casserole

This REALLY should be classified
as a dessert!

Sandy's Sweet Potato Casserole (it IS sweet!)
Mix 1 cup Bisquick and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Cut in 1/2 cup butter til crumbly.
Put about 1 cup of the crumbs into greased 8x8 pan.
Slice 1 large can sweet potatoes and layer over the crumbs in pan.
Mix 1 cup sour cream with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Spoon over potatoes.
Mix 1/4 cup pecan pieces with remaining crumb and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
