Sports Drinks

These recipes that I add as I try (and like) are supposed to be like Gatorade, and help with headache. Not sure about either!

Lemon Lime Delight
4 cups filtered water
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup (or to taste)
1/4 tsp. sea salt or real salt (no table salt!)
