Knock-off Campbells Tomato Soup

Here's my version of an easy soup to whip up in the Vitamix.

About 1/2 the carafe with whatever you have in the tomato line:
Juice, Puree, Diced, or whole tomatoes - canned or fressh
About 1/2 an onion
Celery stick or about 1/2 small zucchini (optional)
3 or 4 Basil leaves (fresh or dry)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt to taste
1 to 2 TB sugar to taste (or Stevia)
1 tsp Ghee (or butter)

Whiz all this up until the mixer gets hot.

Pour into a pan and add 1/2 to 1 cup of almond milk. Heat up and enjoy!
