Don't remember where I got this, but I make at least two batches of it every winter. Good with marshmallows on top!
3 cups dry milk
1 oz. package of sugar free instant chocolate pudding
16 packages of stevia (or 3 TB)
1/2 cup cocoa
Mix all this up and store in an air-tight container. Use 1/4 Cup mix with 1 Cup hot water (or dash in some half and half).
