Scalloped Chicken

Oh, this is good. Think I got the recipe from a friend at Harrogate First Baptist Church, Harrogate, TN.

3 to 4 C cooked chicken, cubed
½ C finely chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped
1 C stuffing crumbs
½ tsp salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 C chicken broth
• Alternate layers of chicken with a mixture of the celery, onion, and bread crumbs in a greased casserole.
• Add salt and eggs to cooled chicken broth. Pour over chicken.
• Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
