Quick Salsa

I don't know why I've looked on the Internet for a Salsa recipe when I had this one all the time from my brother, Phil Daulton. I'm going to try to can this next summer.

2 hot peppers, stemmed and minced
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced (or the jar stuff)
1-28 oz can whole plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dried cilantro (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. This is a 4 cupper.
