Pumpkin Squares

A nice alternative to pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving.

Crust - Mix and pour (or pat) into a 9x13 pan:
1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 C)
1 egg
1 stick melted butter
Filling: Mix together and pour over crust:
1 large can pumpkin
2½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ C packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 C milk
for topping:
1 C cake mix
 ¼ C sugar
½ stick butter
1 tsp cinnamon
• Mix into crumbs and sprinkle over top.
• Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, or until topping is crunchy.
