Hungarian Cookies

These cookies are an absolute mess to make, but OH SO worth it. One of our Christmas staples.

4 C flour
1 lb. butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cake yeast salt
vanilla

Mix, chill, roll out on sugar (as you roll, fold by fourths to incorporate lots of sugar).
Cut with a pizza roller and bake 375 degrees. It helps to spray the pans with Pam first.
