Add and mix to taste:
1 or 2 apples (cut up, with or without peeling)
1 or 2 Tb raisins, craisins, etc.
1/3 to ½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 to ½ Cup cottage cheese
¼ Cup (or more) mayonnaise
1 or 2 packets sweetener
¼ Cup (or more) chopped walnuts
This could also be good with celery and grapes.
